Animals were the most popular category of inquiry!

Picture
One of the most common topics student wanted to explore were animals.  Several groups were formed under larger categories such as birds, reptiles, and large wild cats.  Within these groups, students initially investigated their animal of choice.  When it came time to make a model, they had to chose one of the animals they had learned about and create a project around it.  This was a real task of collaboration and of valuing each persons opinion and voice.  Check out links to resource pages to support animal inquiries done by students during our Inquiry Buddy time.
